Colourscapes

Art is one of the most creative ways of expressing human experience. We make art to tell stories and it contributes to the beautiful way we tell our story.

For me, creating a piece is moving beyond the paint and brushes, to the elements that give rise to a new artistic perspective on the same subject. I go to nature itself, adding texture to make the piece more intriguing. As I continue to grow, I use my own art to outdo my own creativity, allowing my works to become more diverse.

Good stories have to be able to convey a thought, reflection, and meaning to a person who was never part of any of those experiences. My challenge is to creatively bring together reality, imagination, medium, and technique to produce something that will make the audience feel like they are part of that story.  Art matters.

Sometimes the most simple paintings take the longest. Working and reworking until you feel balance. This bright, lofty set was donated to a silent auction for a cause that helps and empowers women to be their

best ... something I am super passionate about. I have never had a customer feel more lucky then the lady who bought these. Such a cool feeling. I love what I do. I love colours. I love Abstract Art.
